EDV CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE IN MILLING CONTINUOUS

EDV is a system developed to automatically manage a process of continuous grinding, always ensuring product quality and reducing the costs of manual control.

The EDV system provides the following features:

 

  • Continuous reliable extent.
  • Avoiding manual sampling
  • Historical information.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Avoid further work settings manually parameters.
  • Anticipation and detection of cyclical situations.
  • Reduced costs (energy saving).

It has evolved in the following versions and finally develop EDVplus:

  • EDV: primary system version. Make a measurement of the variables of density, viscosity and temperature of the product using a continuous system offline.
  • EDVtrend: EDV version of the CLP system. In addition to the features of the previous model, it automatically manages the process according to the trend of the density measured at the output of the mill without manual intervention, always acting under the criteria established to maintain stable conditions.
  • EDVplus: the ultimate evolution of the system. Allowing full control of wet grinding. To this end, in addition to the features of the previous versions, integrates further development of Euroelettra Engineering, SL, the moisture measurement system E-moisture. Thus, the system controls the value in continuous dry raw material entering the mill.
 

EDV is registered as patent Euroelettra Engineering, SL and is certified as a Community Trademark. The picture on the left shows the registration certificate for that CTM.

EWB

EWB HIGH PRECISION METERING BANDS

Euroelettra Ingeniería, S.L. has fully developed this system, which consists of a bands range for dynamic weighing and dosing, can be used in both batch and continuous processes.

 

Major business groups, as Porcelanosa Group, which uses this technology to manufacture Urbatek (images were shot in their installations), have opted to acquire this innovative weighing technology.

The EWB bands work with flow rates from 25 kg / h to 10Tm / h, offering maximum accuracy of 1% across the range. They are made entirely standard hardware market, and are integrated with software 100% own by Euroelettra Ing, SL. Furthermore, they are custom built according to the facilities to which they are intended.

 

EGravimetric

E-GRAVIMETRIC DOSAGE SYSTEM FOR WEIGHT LOSS

The system consists of a kit of control associated with a dispenser has been developed with the aim of obtaining a continuous dosing systems or processes where the product conditions, the flow of work and mechanical and structural condition, determine the final outcome.

Through Ethernet, E-gravimetric communication can communicate with systems for monitoring and control.

The system works independently programming the desired job flow, or compound form as part of a dosing system, as appropriate. It consists of the following components:

  • CLP control with Ethernet connection.
  • Terminal HMI with Ethernet connection.
  • Switch with access to Ehternet.
  • Movimientación dispenser system.
  • Handling bridge breaker system.
  • Control system to recharge the product.
  • Platform for static weighing signal conversion module.

EMoisture

E-MOISTURE CONTINUOUS MEASUREMENT OF MOISTURE

Integrated control kit, E-moisture is a system that performs continuous moisture measurement in industrial processes. This development has been integrated into the EDVplus patented system, enabling fully control the grinding wet industrial processes.

E-moisture is designed to be applied mainly in the following fields:

  • Regulation of wet grinding.
  • Control Product drying zones.
  • Atomization processes.
  • Pressing and compaction.
  • Mixing and dispensing products.

 

 

Features:

  • No surface measurement, very fast (<1s) and accurate (0.15%).
  • Independent measurement of other factors.
  • It does not require pretreatment of the material.
  • It does not produce heating or destruction of the product.
  • No maintenance. It does not require fuel or moving parts.

The system incorporates a forward end user that allows viewing, storage, management and control of the product on which you are working software. This software has the following characteristics:

  • Calibration accessible for years (ISO9000).
  • Graphical representation of current and historical data.
  • Scalable and configurable graphics.
  • Historical events, alarms and regulations.
  • Data export to .xls format.
  • Automatic daily backups.
  • Control of users.

Euroelettra Ingenería, S.L.has developed this system for measuring moisture on-line using a flat sensor based on microwave technology, from which the system performs a continuous moisture reading of products.

Density-Viscosity Measurement

AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR MANAGING THE NUMBER, DENSITY AND VISCOSITY OF PRODUCTS USED IN PHASE OF CERAMIC TILES enamelling

The objective of this system is to measure the variables density, viscosity and temperature, influencing the weight variation of the products used in the glazing of tiles or ceramic pieces, and maintain these variables to achieve stable to the dry weight is kept constant over the tile. All this without manual intervention.
